Mike gave his shoe the full stars-and-stripes treatment and added his personal logo, an EKG heartbeat on the backtab, and words that chronicle his transition from pain and hardship to acceptance and love. Flip the shoe over, and you'll even see a graphic depicting Mike?s open heart surgery.
